Ambuja Realty opened its much-awaited City Centre II today. It has a mall and a five-star hotel and was built at a cost of Rs.275 crore. This will add a huge value to Rajarhat. City Centre II, on five acres land provides 350,000 square feet mall and the hotel on 150,000 square feet. The existing City Centre is in the satellite township of Salt Lake. This project can generate employment for 3,000 people. City Centre II is 3/4 km from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, would provide a boost to the hotel business.

Rajarhat is would be dream destination for many people in next 1/2 years. So many hirise residential and commercial complexes are coming there. It would be a planned city with all 2o to 4o floors building. By 2011 you can’t imagine that this is in Kolkata.

Hope thing will move fast. Next year (march, 2010) Tata Cancer hospital will start it’s operation. This will add more value to Rajarhat.

this is a regarding a security guard, whose name is SUBHRATA BARUA. on 31/12/10 we came to citycentre for a movie near about 8.30. He told us that we cannot enter before 9′o clock ok fine we waited till 9. then we asked him can we go inside, he said no its not 9 yet, 2 mins to 9.,fine we were standing outside. Then few guys came and started moving inside the mall. Ofcourse they were not employee of citycentre . so we asked him why did you allow them, he said its 9 now, we were standing outside since half an hr he didnt bother to tell us. he didnt stop the other troop of guys.

WE ASKED HIM THAT YOU SHOULD SAY SORRY TO US HE BEHAVED SO BADLY THAT CAN’T BE EXPLAIN IN WORDS. WE GO TO MALL CAUSE WE EXPECT A GOOD ENVIRONMENT AND GOOD BEHAVIOR. WE PAY TAX FOR ALMOST EVERYTHING. AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH OF MONEY WE CANNOT TOLERATE SUCH A BAD BEHAVIOR.
HE SHOULD BE FIRED SO THAT HE SHOULDN’T REPEAT SUCH KIND OF BEHAVIOR IN FUTURE AND LEARN HOW TO MAINTAIN RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMER.
I HOPE I LL GET A GOOD RESPOND FROM YOUR GROUP
