City Centre II, on five acres land provides 350,000 square feet mall and the hotel on 150,000 square feet. The existing City Centre is in the satellite township of Salt Lake. This project can generate employment for 3,000 people. City Centre II is 3/4 km from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, would provide a boost to the hotel business.
Rajarhat is would be dream destination for many people in next 1/2 years. So many hirise residential and commercial complexes are coming there. It would be a planned city with all 2o to 4o floors building. By 2011 you can’t imagine that this is in Kolkata.
Hope thing will move fast. Next year (march, 2010) Tata Cancer hospital will start it’s operation. This will add more value to Rajarhat.
