The landmines and skeleton were recovered from Bhalukbasa forest, district Superintendent of Police Manoj Verma told.
Inspector General of Police (Western Range) Zulfiqar Hassan mentioned “We had arrested some people in connection with Maoist activities. They had helped us in the recovery.”
The body is assumed to be of a Maoist operative, according to him.
