I have tried making chicken chow mein, but have never been able to get anywhere near the Kolkata style chicken chow mein. The unique taste of Calcutta/kolkata style chicken chow mein is what i want my family to taste.
Any help?

tuku how foolish u cud be.just have ne chow mein prepared and hav it in kolkota.it shall taste the way u wish.u knw the ambience of a place matters in the taste of a thing.
