Chandigarh, April 27: A shameful incident again happened in Chandigarh. A government school teacher was arrested yesterday for allegedly raping a girl student in Sirsa district, nearly 215 kms from here, police said.
The accused Anil was teaching Hindi at Government Senior Secondary School in Shahpur Begu village and he was arrested based on a complaint filed by the girl’s father that he had raped his daughter on April 24, they said.
