Currently people are selling old alu as new alu. They convert old alu to new alu by applying acid on it. These converted alus will look like a new alu and are dangerous for your health because of acid inside it.
Identify these potatoes while buying. These potatoes look little whitish and skin would be almost removed and taste would be different. Please report if you find such in west bengal.
