City Centre II in Rajarhat Kolkata

Ambuja Realty opened its much-awaited City Centre II today. It has a mall and a five-star hotel and was built at a cost of Rs.275 crore. This will add a huge value to Rajarhat. City Centre II, on five acres land provides 350,000 square feet mall and the hotel on 150,000 square feet. The existing City Centre is in the satellite township of Salt Lake. This project can generate employment for 3,000 people. City Centre II is 3/4 km from the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport, would provide a boost to the hotel business.

Rajarhat is would be dream destination for many people in next 1/2 years. So many hirise residential and commercial complexes are coming there. It would be a planned city with all 2o to 4o floors building. By 2011 you can’t imagine that this is in Kolkata.

Hope thing will move fast. Next year (march, 2010) Tata Cancer hospital will start it’s operation. This will add more value to Rajarhat.

It was the SMS that everyone was was sending yesterday (Mahalaya Morning). People in bengal, it’s the best time in hbwole year so enjoy the puja. People outside bengal do participate in Puja near your home. People have been doing Puja world wide so Ma is everywhere.

But Kolkata is Kolkata. I miss Kolkata. Thoug pujo outside kolkata is also great but I feel something is missing. What do you think?

Siliguri election result favours Trinmool Congress-Cong alliance

TMC-Cong alliance won 29 and Left front 17, Independent 1. This is a mandate in favor of the notion of Change, that is very much welcome. In democracy change is must but why Bengal people was supporting left for last 32 years? Why they don’t like Left? In Siliguri I think municipal works has occurred splendid. People want to teach a left the lession that the must realize now. It will help left to shape itself up, and re-build itself firmly, pruning un-wanted objects from the party.

Regarding TMC, they shouldn’t think that people like them. TMC is not a better alternative but that’s the only option. People can’t trust any other brand like Nirdal. They know Left, TMC-Cong. They want a change ans that’s the reason it’s TMC-Cong.

Do you think TMC-Cong can retain this support from west bengal people for long time? They can if they try to build their organization. They don’t have proper leaders so building a party without honest leaders is tough. In absense of Ms Mamata you can’t even imagine a party like TMC. TMC party workers must learn the lession and be polite to retain this support but most them are in TMC to avail some advanatges. TMC camup with anti left thought in mind but once they come in power they must have proper vision. Their party workers must follow that. This would be very tough for a party like TMC. Kolkata weekend holiday destinations

What ate weekend holiday destinations from Kolkata city? I am asking this question to all Bengalis who loves to travel. I know few popular destination but share the new one

Digha: Nice sea beach, only few hours of train journey from Howrah. You can spend 1/2 days there.If you want to be away from crowded place then you can opt for Sankarpur which is very near to Digha.

Other destination could be Bakkhali (Frazergunj), Sunderbans (need a permit). What about Dooars, Jaldapara? Please share your travel experience as a reply. I am planning to visit one of them during Pujo Holidays.

Tata Nano rolling smoothly, what Singur people got?

Now we can find Tata Nano rolling on city road. It looks good much better than Maruti 800. It’s great to see Nano on Road but the we feel bad when we think about Singur and west bengal. Tata is one of the most respectable brand in this world. When we find that company leaving the state because of TMC (Tata published open letter that they are leaving due to TMC and Ms Mamata) that’s very unfortunate.

This lady is talking about industry now. She wants to set up some industry there but she wants to give back the 400 acres of land to farmers. First of all 15% of the farmer were against this factory and the 400 acres land is not correct. But this lady is crazy. It’s our bad luck that Bengali people support these crazy lady.

Let’s find out what Singur people got? Nothing? No industry. They lost their land. No jobs. Who is resposible? Ms Mamata. Did you can’t erase this from your political portfolio. This is one of your great achievements. This nano will always go behind you.

Maoist leader Kisanjit wants to launch campaign in Rajahat

Rajarhaat was the only hope for IT people in Bengal. Now after vedic village and current political situation that’s no more a hope. Today we found Kisanjit is planning to launch a campaign there. Few days back Mamata di said “Rajarhat Chalo” and she also planned to launch a campaign there. Now that has been out sourced to Maoist people. IF you remeber this Kisanjit told that they helped TMC and Suvendu Adhikari in Nandigram land movement.

We new there was a connection between TMC and Maoist but now you can observe that connection in Rajarhat. Just like BPO workers in India the maoist looks like TPO (Terror Process Outsoucing) workers in India. They get fund terror material from political patries and other terroist organization and continue their work in India. At this point they have been killing CPM so you can assume the funding is from anti CPM people. TMC doesn’t say any words against these people so you can assume a hidden relation between theme.

If these Maoist are for common people then they should be against Cong and TMC. You can find a single work done by these political patries for poor people in Lalgar. People in lalgar are suffering that’s true. But what was there before 30 years? Do you know that? In India more than 70% people are like people in Lalgar and that’s the truth. Instead of helping these people political patries are running behind power and Media people are running behind money.

Save rajarhat. help It compaines to setup there operation. Also IT people has a big role in setting IP IT industry. In any IT company approx 90% money is spent on IT professional. So if these people don’t show proper attitude then there will not be any IT company in Bengal.

Star Ananda: Most Highly Corrupt Media Channel –  I was writing about 24ghanta misusing freedom of press. But, here is Star Ananda, the much bigger fraud in the media market. The media market is the most risk free and prospering business in India. Press gets a respectable level of freedom in India while reporting on any matter. Recently, West Bengal’s local bengali media channels have lost their impartiality and every channel has taken sides of political parties. And it is visibly clear enough and without doubts. 24ghanta is reporting in favor of Left Front, Star Ananda is reporting in favor of Trinamool Congress.

In my personal opinion, from what I observed since the last general elections, 24ghanta is still reporting in a better manner, but Star Ananda has fully indentified itself as a media agent of Trinamool Congress. Most of their shows bring politicians from either Indian National Congress or Trinamool Congress and their programs carry on massive propaganda against the ruling LF. In many such talks shows (if not all), they don’t even call the Left Front representatives to answer allegations.

Just after the Tata Motors went off from Bengal, Star Ananda conducted a few programs against Trinamool Congress, but very soon, they started changing colors. General Elections were nearing, and they got a hint that there is a massive support for the opposition in Bengal, and then Star Ananda decided to shift position and became completely a partial media favoring Trinamool Congress.

Student Politics & Party Union in West Bengal Colleges

Student Politics & Party Union in West Bengal Colleges. Previously there was SFI, CP, DSF etc in different colleges. Now TMC also want their union in colleges. If you try to see the pattern then you can find where ever TCM is there the pattern of fight is same. Now every day you find some fight in every college.

Let’s discuss, how these student unions help our education system? What is our education system in bengal?

  1. The graduation course offered by mutiple colleges are not going to help any student in their life except a degree. Now a days degrees are available online with out spending your full in in some unproductive course for 3 years.
  2. The social environment doesn’t show the right direction and information to young generation
  3. Now student union can help in upgrading our education system but what they have been doing? They are just supporting these political parties like TMC and CPM and destroying the college environment.
  4. These days people still look for govt job because they don’t find any better alternative. lack of knowledge
  5. People spending time in courses like BA in history, political science, BSC ( general science) etc. You can achieve your goal but that would be for very few people and you need to opt for higher study.
  6. Engg colleges are there but lack of infrastructure
  7. In Engg colleges the courses are not upgraded for last few years.

How can you improve the situation? Political leader are not educated and they can’t help much. Please help. Share your thoughts.

New train politics in west bengal

Today Mamata di told that don’t do politics when people work for the state’s developement. She has been doing great job by introducing newtrain every day and before any election. Don’t forget this lady set up her TMC house on the high way infront of Tata’s factory at Singur. She contuted that for 15 days, enjoyed good fodd and painted few cancvas there.

There is no problem with new trains. Also new train doesn’t help common people who can’t manage food for two times daily. If you really want developement then you must help the poor people in our country. That should be the first priority. If you see Kolkata Metro, she extended the line without out proper infrastructure now people are suffereing for that.

Lets talk about Gandhi’s property the big cong party. They enjoyed power in center for more than 5o years but what was their achievements? They bought the right of “Jai Ho” slogan. narendra Modi told the Cong party helped Slumdog movie winning the Oscar. With out Cong help you can’t see our poor people in 2009.

Black money amount of 1460 billion usd are in swiss bank. Mr Pranab babu trying to recover that but it would be the money of their friends because they enjoyed the power and money for more than 5o years. They say they are trying but that will not happen in next 10 years.

How do you help this country? How Mamata Banerjee can help Bengal with her immature brain and corrupted party workers. They are not in power but they have started demanding money from CPM supporter to live in Village where TMC is in power. CPM enjoyed 32 years of power because they were not corrupted before.
